MINISTRY OF ENERGY, COMMERCE AND INDUSTRY - CYPRUS

The Ministry of Energy, Commerce and Industry of Cyprus is participating in the 2024 edition with 33 companies, exhibiting in three Halls and covering almost every aspect of the country’s food production, in three (3) Halls.
In Hall 2, at the National Pavilion stand K 070, visitors will find a wide range of products including oils, salt, bulgur, dried fruit, confectionery/pastries, fruit juices, frozen meals, honey and other grocery products. A wine tasting session will also be held at the Ministry’s reception area on 20 October, from 2.30 p.m. to 5.30 p.m., hosted by sommelier Kostas Anagnostopoulos. This is to celebrate the 800th anniversary of Commandaria, a sweet wine of international renown.
The Cypriot dairy industry will be on hand in Hall 7 stand E 197 to present Halloumi cheese, the flagship of Cypriot authentic cuisine, which has been registered as a PDO since 2021.
Visitors will have the opportunity to taste this increasingly popular product for chefs and catering professionals from all over the world, exchange views with the producers and discover the many ways in which it can be incorporated into daily recipes. 
Last but not least, Cyprus vegetables and herbs are back at Sial. Join us in Hall 8 stand G 072 to discover the delights of our land (okra, kolokassi, aromatic herbs, etc) and meet one of the country’s leading producers.
