The Lazur brand is synonymous with excellent taste, top quality and more than half a century of experience in the production of blue-veined cheeses. The history of the cooperative dates back to the 1920s. Today, Lazur is a leader on the Polish blue-veined cheese market and a recognized brand abroad. It is constantly developing and introducing innovative solutions. The cooperative in Nowe Skalmierzyce has the most modern production line in Europe and was the first to introduce sliced blue mold cheeses and processed cheeses to the Polish market. It exports its products to more than a dozen countries in the European Union and beyond. ISO 22000 and BRC food safety standards are strictly observed at the plant. We produce a wide assortment of blue cheese (Lazur Blue, Green, Gold, Silver, processed cheese Lazuretta Blue, Gold) in different packaging (rings, blocks, triangles, slices, blister packs, cups).
