We have packaged in cans a very popular cocktail in Spain that we have been bottling for decades, Agua de Valencia, a lightly alcoholic drink made from white wine and orange juice with a fine bubble. It's a way of approaching a young public who are not initiated to wine and/or are concerned about not drinking too much alcohol. It's also practical, lightweight and eco-designed. 
To present it at Valencia airport (Spain), we have opted for committed marketing and we have designed a unique monument, a falla, to welcome departing visitors. 

Altas Tierras is a partially dealcoholised wine, whose nose and palate are incredibly similar to those of an 11 or 12% alcohol wine.  In general, dealcoholised wines tend to lack structure and/or be too sweet. In our case, we have succeeded in producing red, white and rosé wines with a low alcohol content (8% alc. vol.) while retaining the pleasant gastronomic sensation of a true light, fruity and dry wine, which can accompany any meal or be drunk on its own as an aperitif.
