Vermouth Valsangiacomo Reserva -
We produce one of the oldest vermouths of Spain, according to the original recipe from 1904, created by our grand-grand-father Benedetto, combining Alpine and Mediterranean botanicals macerated separately to obtain more concentrated flavours, followed by an ageing of 5 years in American oak barrels, using an elegant wine basis with Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc and a touch of Moscatel. As a tribute to our almost 200 years-tradition of making wine and vermouth, we have simply called it as our family name, running the winery since now 5 generations. 15% alc. by vol. 91 points Peñín.

Ideal as an aperitif and digestif, but also as a base for many sauces. Floral and balsamic aromas, softened by the vanilla notes given by the long ageing in wood. On the palate, incredible explosion of flavours, guided by a subtle bitterness that makes this aperitif a real delicacy. Long, elegant finish with aromatic herbs and vanilla.
