Twenty years ago in Salento, we chose the land.
Since then, we have been growing our vegetable garden overlooking the sea, just as we were taught by our Grandpa Fiumano.
In a world that only looks at the now, we look to tradition.
In an age of industrial food, we prepare our products by hand.
While everything else is moving at speed, we go with the times set by nature.

Our dream is to buck the trend.
Because we are stubborn and rebellious. We are farmers.
