Latte Arborea SB

Arborea is a Sardinian Cooperative composed by 155 farms that operates in the Italian dairy market with Arborea and Girau brands.
The Cooperative is specialized in collecting and processing of cow's and goat's milk and employs on average 370 people (including seasonal workers) in the plants in Arborea (Oristano), Roverè della Luna (Trento) and in the distribution centres. In 2023, the Cooperative recorded a total production of about 181 million liters of milk, for a turnover of 232 million, increased from 2022, when it was 217 million. The Cooperative manages and oversees all stages of the chain of production, following a quality path oriented towards animal welfare, producer enhancement, and environmental protection, thus protecting the territory and the agri-food heritage while ensuring consumers a 100% Italian quality milk.
